Amos E. T.

A Narrative, Level, and Game Designer rolled into one.

I usually take random letters and put them together. Then watch and see if something comes out.

“But I already have a story!”

Of course, you have! And I'm sure it's amazing! But now let's make it amazing for the players too.

As a Narrative Designer, my job is to help you tell your story in an enjoyable and intuitive way for the player. What does that mean? That, while writing is a very big part of the job, the most important thing is how you are going to show it.

That's why I'm not just writing, but adapting the story to the game being made and, with that, creating a good narrative experience for the player — that's where the Level Designer part comes in!

“Wait… where's the Game Designer part?”

Developing my own games has made me gain experience as a Game Designer; especially with management and card games. And I don't just mean deck builders, I mean real card games. Yes, board games. Did you think I was only talking about video games here?
